Welcome to the ‘Good’-2-Go Juicing Program from Good Part & Co. We like to describe our brand as a creative lifestyle concept focused on improving our world and the world around us through various product offerings, namely cold-pressed juice and fashion apparel. Our creative output starts with proper input. As the saying goes “you get out what you put in” and that’s where the juicing goodness begins.

Our cold-pressed juices, once sold exclusively at our monthly showroom events, are now available to purchase online for juicers in and around the Baltimore area.

 

HOW JUICING WORKS

All the good stuff you hear about juicing isn’t pulp fiction (pun intended). It’s a fast, easy, and natural way for our bodies to absorb all of the vitamins, minerals, and nutrients our bodies need. We wouldn’t suggest that juicing is better or worse than eating real whole foods, but, it is faster and more convenient. With today’s society moving at a faster pace, particulary in metropolitan areas, we can all appreciate a little more convenience.

Juicing is a great way to reclaim and maintain one’s health. It offers benefits including but not limited to:

  • Boosting immunity

  • Improved digestion

  • Reducing inflammation

  • Detoxifies and neutralizes acidity in the body

  • Supports healthy weight loss

  • Supports healthy skin and vision

Juice cleansing or juice fasting is not a strict weight loss diet plan.  You are likely to shed a pound or 10 depending on your body chemistry, and the amount of time you maintain the juice cleanse. The important takeaway is that juicing gives your digestive system a rest from constantly breaking down foods, it improves your metabolism, and exercises your discipline. All the factors assist in and prepare you for better overall health.

Our juices consist of a variety of fruit and vegetable based recipes created to be tasty enough for beginner juicers, and nutrient packed enough for those with more experienced juicing tastebuds. All our produce is sourced locally from farms, farmers’ markets, and produce depots right here in Maryland. The ‘Good’-2-Go’ Juice Program offers the following:

Orders Sun.-Thurs.: processed & ready for upcoming Sunday

Orders Fri.-Sat: processed & ready for pickup the next Sunday

MISSED PICK-UPS

Good Part & Co. requires good communication.

Please contact us via email (info@goodpart.co) or text (443-987-6814) once you know you will not make the pick-up window. A pick up time will be arranged for Monday.

Cold-pressed juice is perishable and we don’t benefit from keeping your juices as the delicious benefits perish away; however, we are not responsible for missed pick-ups and will not guarantee any pick-ups after Monday.

tips for juicing

 
 

Don’t let the colorful glow fool you; this ain’t your average quarter water. Good Part & Co. cold-pressed juices are 16 ounces of individually packaged goodness. Each juice maintains peak freshness for up to 3 days. We like to call it life in a bottle.  In order to optimize the health benefits of our juice cleanses we’d like to offer a few highly recommended tips.

Pre & Post Juice Cleanse

24-48 hours prior to your juice cleanse begin to reduce or eliminate the following from your diet:

  • All processed foods

  • Caffeine

  • Alcohol

  • Nicotine

  • Refined sugars and carbohydrates

Reducing these items gives your body the best chance to reset and not work so hard to eliminate toxins as your progress through your juices. Feel free to begin this preparation process as early as a week before you start your cleanse.

Your diet prior to and immediately following your cleanse (for 24-48 hours) should consist of whole grains, legumes, beans, green vegetables, fruit, nuts, seeds, and lots of water.

During the Juice Cleanse

Stay hydrated! Drink lots of water. Natural spring water, filtered, alkaline, or even coconut water are recommended. Water will help flush toxins, reduce cravings/hunger, and aid in digestion. So keep a bottle of water on deck!

There is no particular rule or order for consuming the juices in our plans but we recommend starting with the ginger shot and detox lemonade. Drink your juices every 2-3 hours or as you see fit to satisfy your hunger. Although it’s just juice, each bottle is technically 2 servings and shouldn’t be consumed at the speed of a sports drink. It’s suggested to drink each juice at about the same pace you would consume raw fruits and veggies. This helps with digestion, absorbing nutrients, and delays hunger.
